Ordering & Customer Service Information
Thank you for your interest in using Scitext for your science text books and resources. Please review the following important information so that we may serve you in the best and fastest way possible.

Our Terms of Trade
All Orders: Please send all orders in writing or by email with an official, signed school order number attached. There are four ways to do this:
- Use our online ordering system (no credit card required)
- Download and print our order form, complete and fax to us on (09) 537 6592.
- Download and print our order form, complete then post to: P.O Box 64-160, Botany, Manukau 2163, Auckland
- Call us directly for personal help on (09) 537 6518
When ordering please provide your full name, school, address, phone, fax numbers and e-mail in case we need have a query. All orders are considered firm unless otherwise arranged in advance.
When goods are first delivered, please do not stamp or mark them in any way until you are certain that they match the items requested by the person who placed the order.
Textbook Orders: Most textbook orders are discounted from the NZ recommended retail prices. When ready to order, please ask for a quote as discounts are only achieved when orders are prepaid or invoices are paid promptly following delivery. Slow payments result in a reduced discount.
Resource Material Orders: Binders, cards, equipment, posters, resource and library books, software, and videos are all sold at nett prices.

Returns: Unless a book is damaged in transit, misbound or misprinted please do not return any goods until authorisation has been given. Simply returning goods, does not automatically qualify customers to a credit. Please contact us for clarification if you have questions about this.
Quotes: It is the responsibility of the customer to check the correct New Zealand retail price, GST inclusion and discounts offered at the time of ordering. This is important as most science resources are imported and consequently prices are subject to change without notice. All quotes are confidential between Scitext Supplies and the actual customer.
